Smile. Listen. Breathe.

It is widely believed that daily meditation can improve both your mental and physical health.  In meditation it’s important to find a sound, point of focus, or even a mantra for concentration.  Here’s one that I use every day:

“Smile.  Listen.  Breathe.”

What are your goals?  What are the things you hope to improve within yourself and in the world around you?  Could you sum it all up in just a few words?
